Is there a pick-up and drop-off service available?

Airport and hotel pick-up and drop-off are available.

Are non-smoking cars available?

All vehicles are non-smoking.
*If you smoke, you will be charged a cleaning fee.

Is there a car delivery or drop-off service?

No dispatch or drop-off service is provided.

Can minors rent cars?

If you have a driver’s license, you can.

What should I bring to the store on the day?

Please bring your driver’s license and payment.

Can I rent a car if I forget my driver’s license?

If you don’t have a driver’s license, you can’t use it.

Can I rent a car with an international driver’s license?

Yes, you can. You will need to present your international driver’s license and passport.

Can I borrow a car seat?

We lend them out free of charge.
*The number is limited, so please request one at the time of reservation.

Can I bring pets?

Yes, as long as you keep the pet in its cage. When making a reservation, please add that you would like to bring a pet.
*If there are any unusual odors or stains when you return your pet, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Please be aware of this.

Can I borrow and return items outside business hours?

Please contact the store for details.

What if I want to cancel?
Will there be a cancellation fee?

Please contact us in advance.
Cancellation fees will be charged from 4 days before the rental date, so please contact us as soon as possible.
(No cancellation fees will be charged in the event of a natural disaster.)

Are there convertible cars that open and close manually?

Some convertibles are manually operated, so please contact us for more information.

Are navigation systems and ETC systems installed?

Some vehicles do not come equipped with car navigation systems. Please contact the shop for details.

Do you lend out ETC cards?

Yes,We lend out ETC cards for 330 yen per card.

Does the navigation system support foreign languages?

The navigation system is only available in Japanese. Please be aware of this.

What is the insurance coverage?

In the event of an accident, the insurance will provide coverage and no payment will be made by the customer.
(If an accident occurs, be sure to contact the police and have them handle the accident.Also, be sure to contact us.)

*Please note, however, that the insurance does not cover the following cases

In the event of expenses subject to a deductible of ¥100,000

・In case of total loss accident (including cases where restoration to original condition is difficult)
*When the lessee is at least 50% at fault.
*We will keep 100,000 yen once we determine that the above items apply.

・Accidents between our rental cars

Cases where all costs for accidents and troubles are incurred

・When the vehicle is returned without processing the accident

・Accidents involving violations of the Road Traffic Law (drunk driving, driving without a license, speeding, disregarding traffic signals) and other dangerous driving.
(This includes accidents caused by drivers who do not present their driver’s license at the time of reception.)

・All costs including towing and travel expenses due to accidents.

・Locked out support

Others

・If the navigation system fails due to rain and the interior of the vehicle needs cleaning.

・Excessive soiling by food, drink, sand, mud, etc.

・Damage considered intentional

・If applicable, “parts + repair fee” and “cleaning fee” will be charged separately.

If there is more than one driver, does the insurance/compensation still apply?

Applicable if you present your driver’s license at the time of reception.

What should I do when I arrive at the airport?

Please turn on your phone and wait. A member of our staff will contact you.

Can I borrow items outside of business hours?

No, we do not offer rentals outside of business hours.

Can I rent a car on an outlying island (other than Okinawa Main Island)?

No, you cannot. Please drive only within Okinawa Main Island.

Rental car broke down. What should I do?

Please be sure to contact the office.
Staff will advise you on the appropriate course of action based on the situation.
If it is outside business hours, please contact the emergency number.

In the event of a breakdown, we will provide a replacement vehicle. However, due to the urgency, it may not be the specific model you requested.

Additionally, please understand that it may take some time for us to reach the location.

What type of gas is it?

Premium(Some diesel vehicles are available.)

I couldn’t fill up with gas. What should I do?

You can pay by mileage or by the amount of fuel remaining on the fuel gauge at our shop, although it will be more expensive.

What happens if I make a mess inside the car?

Please note that if the room is significantly soiled, a cleaning fee will be charged.

What happens if I can’t return it by the specified time?

No fees will be charged for changing the return time during business hours.
(Please notify us in advance if the return time changes.)

Please note that if you return the item after business hours, you will be charged a penalty.

How do I go about extending the loan period?

Please be sure to contact our shop.
Extensions are possible if there are no reservations for the following day.

(If an extension is not possible, we will arrange a different vehicle for you.)
